Biography:

OSU Regents Distinguished Research Award, 2007. AcademicKeys Who's Who in Veterinary Medicine Higher Education, inclusion March 2006. Honorary member of Phi Zeta Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine, 2004. AIDS and Related Illnesses Collaboration Award (AIDS-FIRCA). International research collaboration award from the Fogarty International Center, NIH. Tuberculosis and Mycobacteria Unit, Institut Pasteur de la Guadeloupe, French West Indies. 1995-99. Fogarty Senior International Fellowship for research sabbatical at the Institut Pasteur de la Guadeloupe, Pointe-à-Pitre, French West Indies. Research conducted in the Unité de la Tuberculose et des Mycobactéries, March-May, 1994.
